Over the years, Oleg GRYGORIUK has established himself as an experienced leader whose professional career is inextricably linked to the protection of workers' rights in the industry. His work, thoughtful leadership, and inexhaustible energy contribute to the development of the national trade union movement and the strengthening of social dialogue.
Oleg GRYGORIUK active international activities deserve special mention. Holding positions as a member of the Executive Committee of the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF), Vice President of the International Federation of Maritime Captains' Associations (IFSMA), as well as serving as Goodwill Ambassador for the International Maritime Organization for the past 6 years. (IMO) it systematically ensures meaningful representation of the interests of Ukrainian transport workers in regional and global trade union associations.
Thanks to Oleg GRYGORIUK efforts, the voice of Ukrainian transport workers is confidently heard at the highest level, and Ukrainian sailors can feel the protection of their trade union, even in the most remote corners of the world.
