OUR MISSION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were created to unite efforts in protecting the labour rights and socio-economic interests of transport workers in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We form a united voice that can influence the decisions that determine the working conditions, remuneration, safety and welfare of railway transport workers and transport builders, maritime, road transport and road construction workers, aviation workers, radar, radio navigation and communication workers and pilots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We strive to ensure that every employee feels supported and has access to legal, educational and solidarity assistance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We actively represent the interests of transport operators in negotiations with state and local authorities, employers and international organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We support the creation of an effective system of partnership between the state, employers and trade unions. This is the key to balanced solutions in the labour sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We raise employees' awareness of their rights and opportunities for trade union protection and motivate them to participate in the trade union movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We organise training programmes, seminars and workshops to ensure that trade union leaders and activists have the up-to-date knowledge, skills and tools to effectively protect people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trade union solidarity<\/strong><\/strong>
We support our members in the most difficult moments. Solidarity is our strength. Together we can do more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
